During lockdown, our teams have been working hard to put in place comprehensive guidelines for our Customer Care Technicians, Site Management teams and subcontractors to follow when carrying out work in your home.
The following short video helps explain these guidelines and the steps we are taking to keep our customers and our teams safe as we start a managed and controlled return to remedial works.
We will continue to review our processes over the coming weeks and months to make sure that we are always taking the correct steps to protect your health & safety.
We are scheduling visits on a prioritised basis, but if you have logged an issue with us please be assured that our teams are working through the backlog and will contact you as soon as they are able.

Please then click on the grey box titled ‘Issue not listed’. We will endeavour to respond to you at the very earliest opportunity, although it may take us longer than normal to reply.
