Part Exchange Xtra

Let our Part Exchange Xtra scheme help take the hassle out of selling your existing home – we will even pay the estate agent fees. Now is a great time to find the new home you’ve been hoping for.

How does Part Exchange Xtra work?

We can help you move with no fuss by handling the sale of your existing property while your new home is being built, so you can simply look forward to moving in. You won’t need to worry about finding and managing an estate agent as we’ll do that for you – we’ll even pay the estate agent fees. And if your home doesn’t sell we’ll buy it for a fair market value, so you’re guaranteed to move when your new home is ready.

  • Step 1 – We will arrange for two independent surveyors to value your home
  • Step 2 – We'll agree an asking price and a Part Exchange value with you, based on the independent valuations
  • Step 3 – Choose and reserve your ideal David Wilson home
  • Step 4 – We'll help you arrange to sell your existing home by nominating an estate agent for you to instruct
  • Step 5 – If no satisfactory offer is made or accepted eight weeks before your new home is ready, we could buy your existing home at the agreed Part Exchange price, so you can move as planned
